Golf Courses

Tamarina Golf Club was designed by Rodney Wright and opened for play in 2006. This wonderful par 72 Championship golf course lies between the Rempart mountain and beautiful Lagoon. During your round, you can enjoy outstanding views of the surrounding area, whilst being treated to carefully manicured fairways and greens.

Set on the western part of the island, Tamarina Boutique Hotel stands between the turquoise waters of the Indian ocean and the mighty Rempart Mountain in an idyllic wildlife arena, facing the splendid bay of Tamarin. The sandy beach is an absolute romantic place, where you can relax on long chairs and appreciate the beautiful view of the lagoon.

Its 50 deluxe rooms reflect the elegance and simplicity of its African heritage, and are designed for comfort and serenity. Restaurant & Bars

As part of the All Inclusive concept, guests have access to three restaurants and bars. The main restaurant, ‘L’ESCALE’, can either be buffet or A la Carte, depending of the occupancy of the hotel, and can accommodate up to 140 people. ‘LAPLAZ’ is the hotel’s beach restaurant and bar, located right by the beach an swimming pool, and ideal for Al Fresco dining on warm nights. The Clubhouse restaurant, ‘’Le Dix-neuf’’ – serves typical golfer’s menus, and is located at the highest point of the golf course, on a deck overlooking the bay

Location

Tamarina Hotel is located in Tamarin, on the South West coastline of the Island. It is a 1 hour and 15 minute transfer to Sir Ramgoolam International Airport. The flight time from London is 12 hours with direct flights from British Airways or Air Mauritius.
